The clock is ticking and we are super excited to ride bicycles with you. Folks have heard me quote the amazing hip hop artist Tyler the Creator before, and his words really suit our style best:
We got a bunch of bikes, we got a bunch of friends. Let’s ride them around together!
If you haven’t registered for the Barre Wackadoo yet, there is still plenty of time. It will help us figure out how best to prepare any surprises along the route among other things.
If you aren’t familiar with the Barre Wackadoo then you are in for a treat, head over to https://vermontbicycleclub.com/the-barre-wackadoo-ride/ for everything you need to know and how to register.
An important note: if you have not filled out your 2026 Rider Waiver, you must do so before the ride. If you don’t have that filled out, you will be required to do so before we can allow you to ride with us. You also get a free 2026 Vermont Bicycle Club sticker when you do so!
We will be holding a quick rider meeting at 8:15 to go over last minute details and to go over any rider hazards.
Be sure to be ready to ride by the time we hold our rider meeting as we will be rolling at 8:30. This early mass start is so we can all start the ride and leave town together (safety in numbers!).
