Join the Rolling Resistance leader Barb for a super fun field trip to the Presidential Rail Trail in New Hampshire! It will be a flat, packed gravel and dirt surface 11 miles out and 11 miles back friend paced bicycle ride.
This Sunday, May 11!
Folks can meet at Vermont Bicycle Shop (42 Summer St. Barre, VT) at a little before 9:00 AM to group up.
Or meet at the Cherry Pond Trail Head near Whitefield, NH at 10:30ish. The photo below (click to enlarge) shows the parking lot in relation to the trail head.
It’s a really flat ride on hard packed gravel/dirt. There may be a couple of muddy spots. Most bikes with at least 35mm wide tires will work on this ride. Bring some snacks and plenty of water. There is also a good list of highly suggested items that be found on this page.
