It’s that wonderful time of year again! Cabot Ride the Ridges is only a month away! Registration is open and there are some great route and distance options for everyone.

We love Cabot Ride the Ridges because 100% of the money raised goes to the Cabot mentoring program and it is run entirely by volunteers. It is a timeless Vermont tradition to come together and ensure the needs of their community are met, and Cabot Ride the Ridges is exactly that kind of event.

If you want to ride with us, under the Team Information section enter Vermont Bicycle Shop as the Team/Club/Company.

If you know all about it already and just want to get registered you can do so here:

Here is a break down of the routes. Of note: there has been a change to the 100k route this year.

There is a 10k (6.5 miles) with 600 feet of elevation gain, great for beginners who ready to tackle their first Vermont hill:

There is a 30k (20 miles) with 2300 feet of elevation gain, a great option for new gravel riders who want a little more adventure and are ready to handle some fun hills with amazing views:

Most of sign up for the 60k with 3400 feet of elevation gain. It’s an amazing route that showcases everything that this part of Vermont has to offer. The best part is that it’s slightly less than 60k.

The 100k is the most rugged and wildest of routes with over 6800 feet of elevation gain:
